As a promoter, Mb has been involved in numerous public
events lending his management skills to everything from rock concerts to
parades. He has also consulted/organized a number of outdoor festivals
including the 1998 AmnestyInternational FreedomFest. He has worked withhundreds
of musians, both big and small, over the years organizing showcases and
appearances. His clients have included Universal Music, Sony, EMI and WEA
to name but the majors. For nearly a decade he has organized and hosted
the "WireAwards" which features 12 bands and 24 awards over 4
hours with such celebrities as Ronnie Hawkins attending and receiving.
He also programmed and hosted an "indieSpotlight" which was heard
weekly on 101.5 FM for a number of years. |
